Thank you for joining the Community forum today, dispatch. I can help you with filing your 941 forms.

QuickBooks manages current payroll and taxes. The system doesn't provide a direct feature to file old forms from previous quarters. However, you can prepare your payroll data in QuickBooks and manually file old forms outside the software.

You can run your payroll reports to obtain the payroll data for the quarters you want to file. Ensure to accurately track all income, withholdings, and other payroll information needed.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click on Reports at the left pane.
  3. Look for the report you need from the search field provided or hover your mouse directly to the Payroll section.

Once done, fill out the forms manually based on the information you have collected from QuickBooks. Then, mail or submit the completed forms directly to the IRS.

On the other hand, I'm adding this material for more tips on paying and filing forms in QBO Payroll: Pay and file payroll taxes and forms in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Furthermore, you can review your previously filed tax forms and payments directly within QuickBooks. Use this article as your guide: View your previously filed tax forms and payments.
