Question

Can you limit projects you see when entering time (Basic time tracking - not QB time)? We see all projects including completed ones, now. We used to see only in-progress.

I have been round and round with QB support and QB time support. Each says the other has to help and neither one does.

This issue popped up in the last few weeks. We have QBO Advanced but do not use QB Time. Now, hundreds of projects populate when we try to enter time, most of which are Completed status which did not appear in the drop-down until recently.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your interest. There is nothing about a screenshot that would help you or that wouldn't reveal sensitive client information. I have spoken to 6 team members in support who have not helped, so far.
