Can you remove or archive old pay schedules?

I only use 2 pay schedules but I have legacy ones that came over from my desktop version that I don't need. The names are confusing so I would like to remove them if possible.

I understand the importance of deleting the old pay schedule in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, this option is unavailable in QBO.

Thus, I recommend that you send your feedback directly to our product engineers. They will be able to consider this option and assist you with your business demands in this manner.

 

Here’s how you can submit feedback in QuickBooks Online (QBO):

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile column, choose Feedback.
  3. Share your feedback. Then, tap Next.
