Can you send over instructions on how to change the bank account payroll is coming out of on Quickbook

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I can help you update the bank account for payroll in QuickBooks Online.

There are few easy steps you can follow to make changes to the account. You'll need to visit the Payroll Settings section of your account to perform the process.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Payroll settings below Your Company.
3. Go to the Preferences tab.
4. Press Accounting Preferences.
5. Update the bank account, then hit OK. 

If the option to change the account is unavailable, I suggest contacting our Payroll Support Team. Our team will be able to update the information on your behalf.
