Can you tell when a traction may have been modified (changed) from its original input?

You can check the Audit History, or Audit Log of the transaction to see changes/ modifications. 

Audit history- 

open transaction or invoice.  

At the bottom it will have More.  Click that , then Audit History. 

Audit Log- 

Click the Gear Icon 

Under Tools, go to Audit Log.
