Can you view your mileage from QB self - employed after you close the account? It's been less than a year from the closing date.

When I log into the old account it continues to "We're fetching your data'. Most of the time I'll receive an error message about http: not vaild/good.  Thanks

Yes, amnseller. You can still view your account after your subscription ends.

 

If you closed your account less than a year ago, you can still view it in QuickBooks Self-Employed because QuickBooks saves your data for a year. If you're experiencing an error, try using other compatible web browsers or private browsers to eliminate any potential issues with browsing history or cached data. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Additionally, you'll have to resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed if you want to access or use your account again.
