Cannot change bank account for payroll. Claims taxes or direct deposits are pending when they are not. Anyone know how to deal with this?

I'll make sure you get the right support group available so this gets taken care of right away, @lberk.

Let me route you to our support team. One of our live agents can check into your account and investigate why you still have pending taxes. They can provide some troubleshooting steps to help you isolate and fix the issue.

To reach out to them, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Continue.
  5. Select either Chat with us (if you preferred messaging) or Give us a call.

You can also see this article for more details and ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available: QuickBooks Online Support

Once everything is all set, you can refer to Step 4 in this article on how to change your bank for Direct Deposits: Change your payroll bank account.

Furthermore, you might want to check out this link for reference in seamlessly running your payroll: Process or run payroll.

I'll be around to back you up if you need more help with payroll or QuickBooks. Just add the details in your reply and I'll take care of them for you. Have a good one and keep safe!
