I did not see Electronic Services when I went under Payroll Settings. Do you know how I can view the EFIN that is currently being used in my Quickbooks payroll account? I am having trouble finding any instruction on how I can view this?
Hello there, @jamiepaynecpa. Thanks for coming back and providing an update. The steps provided by my colleague @ShiellaGraceA is for QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
If you're using QBDT, I have additional steps that you can perform to update your EFIN number in your account. Here's how:
Go to the Employees menu at the top.
Choose Payroll Center.
Click the File Forms tab and select the version of the appropriate form with For Reporting Agents in the title.
Click Create Form.
Enter and review the required information.
Choose Submit Form.
In the Print/E-File window, select E-File Federal Form.
Enter the requested information, including your EFIN and your e-Services PIN.
Select Remember my information for next time to save your information and auto-populate these fields the next time you access this dialog.
