Change my pay date for payroll

Changing the pay date in QuickBooks Online Payroll is just a few clicks, @minses. I’m here to help you accomplish this task.

You can go to your Payroll menu to update your employee’s pay date. Refer to the steps below to do it:

1. Go to Payroll, then click Employees.
2. Select your employee.
3. Under the Employment details section, click Edit.
   
4. From the Pay schedule, select the Pencil icon to update.
   
5. Change the date in the Next Payday field.
   
6. When you're done, hit Save.
