Changed banks for payroll which is due tomorrow. processedyesterday but paycheck list says pay by check

When changing the payroll bank account, look for any outstanding payroll and tax payments (direct deposit or paychecks). This is done to ensure that the bank account change goes smoothly and that the funds are withdrawn from the correct account.

Regarding your concern, payroll will be processed even if it says pay by check. However, the funds are taken out to the current bank account.
