Changing bank account

I had to close my bank account due to fraud.  Is there a way to simply change the account information or do I have to start all over with installing payroll

It's my pleasure to guide you in changing your bank account for payroll. 

 

First off, download the Direct Deposit Bank Account Change form, and ensure to fill up, print, and sign the applicant section only. 

 

Then, contact our Desktop Payroll team to help you send the completed form. They will be the ones to contact your bank and ask permission to start debits against the account listed on your form. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From your QuickBooks company, go to the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help, then click Contact Us.
  3. Enter "Changing direct deposit bank account information."
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Choose either Start messaging with a support agent or Get a callback from an expert.
