Chantel M says 'THERE IS NO WAY TO VOID A PAYCHECK IN QUICKBOOKS' - anyone care to disagree and tell me how? OH, AND THE VOID BUTTON CREATED FOR THIS DOESNT WORK

Was created 9/3/21, DD, employee gave us incorrect DD info so it was RETURNED into our bank account. I just want to VOID this check, convert to a PAPER CHECK - qb says it can't be done

Let me make it up to you, @cjennings1. I want to ensure you're able to void the paycheck.

 

In QuickBooks Online, the option to void a paycheck is available but it'll not go through once the payroll has been processed successfully. Therefore, it's best to contact our Payroll Care Team.

 

With their tools, one of our specialists can pull up your account, securely, and guide you through how to void the paycheck so you can change it to a paper paycheck. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Search.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter Void a paycheck created last 09/03/21 in the What can we help you with? field.
  5. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
