Classed pay items

We are assigning CLASS to individual pay items on employees' paychecks to track which office the work was done for. (Employees work out of two different offices.) Is there a report we can pull to capture the total wages paid for the classed pay items only?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We can pull up Workers compensation report. The Workers Compensation report shows the wages paid for each class of work you've assigned to any employee. 

 

Here's how to run the report: 

 

  1. Click Reports, enter Workers' Compensation report in the search bar.
  2. Change the date range as needed. Then select Run Report.
  3. Select the Wages Paid amount for a particular Workers' Compensation class to get a breakdown of wages per employee on that class. (Note: If you don't enter classes for your employees, the report is sorted by employee name.) 

  

To save its current customization settings, I recommend memorizing this report
