classes for payroll

I understand how useful it is to be able to assign multiple classes to an employee. This helps you track their work and process their paycheck easily.

You can only assign one class per employee for the time being. You'll want to send feedback to our product development team to share your idea. They can then consider your suggestion and possibly include it in future updates.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Then select Next to submit feedback.

As a workaround, you may look for a third-party application that can perform the function you require. Since we have a variety of apps available to integrate with QuickBooks Online, we're unable to recommend which ones to use.
