Cleint-Ready Reports Missing

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @zparkertx. We can run some troubleshooting steps to trace the cause of the issue and resolve the missing Client-Ready Payroll Reports issue in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

We can start by updating the program to its latest release. It keeps your software up-to-date, so you always have the latest features and fixes.

If the issue remains unresolved, consider utilizing the Verify and Rebuild Data tools to detect and address commonly encountered data issues in the company file.

To verify data:

1. Go to the File menu and select Utilities.
2. Choose Verify Data.
3. After that, you'll see one of the following:

• QuickBooks detected no problems with your data - your data is clean, and you don’t need to do anything else.
• An error message - you can see the fix on our QuickBooks Desktop support site.
• Your data has lost integrity - Data damage was found in the file. Rebuild your data to fix it.

If there are problems with your company file, you have to rebuild it. Please refer to the steps below:

1. Go to the Files menu and select Utilities.
2. Choose Rebuild Data, and then click OK.
3. Tap OK to make a backup to prevent data loss along the process.
4. Hit OK to continue the rebuild process.

RE: They're running QB Premier Accountant 2024 and in the Reports -> Employees and Payroll there is supposed to be an option "Client-Ready Payroll Reports"

The Client-Ready Payroll Reports are only available when the active payroll subscription is the Enhanced Payroll for Accountants variety.
