Company is registered in NJ. A full-time employee is a FL resident working from home only. She never visit NJ in any way. Should I with hold NJ state tax, family leave?

If the employee was in another state such as NY, I know I am supposed to withhold NJ tax. However FL doesn't have state tax. Please help. Thanks.

Since your concern involves agreement between 2 states, you'll need to contact the state agency to make sure you are guided with how your employee should be set up in QuickBooks Online Payroll.
