Concerning QB Payroll App: If I enter payroll using a desktop computer, can my supervisor use the app to submit the payroll?

Employee's paychecks can be processed through the mobile app and through the desktop browser.

However, you must approve and submit the paycheck once you're done putting all payroll information. That being said, you don't have an option to submit it later.

Here's how you can run payroll in QuickBooks Online:

1. Go to Workers.
2. Select Employees.
3. Click on Run Payroll.

• If you have more than one payroll schedule, select the schedule, then Continue.
• Select the employees you'd like to pay.
• Enter the hours and memos.

      4. Choose Preview payroll details or Submit payroll.

      5. Once done, click on Finish Payroll.
