It's great to have you here, @barbelle42.

I’m sure you want to void the direct deposit that's done processing.

That’s the reason why, I’m here to help you out with your concern. See to it that your payroll will be canceled before 5:00 p.m. PST. Otherwise, you can’t withdraw the transaction. .

You can follow this procedures below to nullify the DD paycheck in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

1. Navigate to the Payroll menu.
2. Choose Employees.
3. Select the Paycheck list, under Run Payroll.
4. Select the check(s) you'd like to delete.
5. Delete or void the paycheck:
6. Tick the “I understand that this action cannot be undone” checkbox.
7. Select Delete Paycheck or Void Paycheck to approve the action.

For additional information about deleting and how to fix an employee's paycheck, you can read this article for your reference.

Visit this page for extra on DD processing time in this link: Learn how to pay employees on time with direct deposit.

To keep track of your voided checks in QBO, you might want to run a report. I've included an article for your guide: How to create a report of voided checks.

If you need more assistance regarding direct deposits, I'll gladly assist you once more. Enjoy your day and stay safe!
