Cover sheet for W2s

Is there a way to print out a page with just the addresses to put in front the W2s for mailing?

Hello there, @CrazyDogLady.

 

Right now, printing a cover sheet for the W-2 form is unavailable within QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). 

 

I can see how this feature would be helpful for you and your business. Since this isn't currently an option, I encourage you to submit feedback to our Product Development Team for review when determining features to be added in updates.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online.
  3. Click on Product Suggestion.
  4. Click on the drop-down for Type of Feedback and select Product Suggestion.
  5. Select the Product Area.
  6. Enter your thoughts and suggestions.
  7. Click Send Feedback.
