create a copy of a paycheck

When I try to copy a previous check, I see that the create a copy is disabled and so is the Memorize. How do I fix this?

There's nothing to fix. QuickBooks won't memorize or create copies of paychecks.

It looks like this is a duplicate post, @HappyBooks.

My colleague Rea_M already shared her answer to your concern regarding memorizing paycheck in QuickBooks Desktop. You can check her response through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/do-more-with-quickbooks/re-learn-how-to-create-a-copy-of-a-check-in-quickbooks-pro/01/1039921#M12623

You might want to learn more about memorizing transactions. This article will provide the information you need: Create, edit, or delete memorized transactions.

The QuickBooks Community team is always here to help if you have any other concerns or follow-up questions. Have a good one, @HappyBooks.
