Created bonus checks then deleted them but the checks still show up in payroll liabilties

I can help you with assessing why deleted bonus checks are still showing up in the Payroll tax liabilities report, @TXAS.

If you see deleted bonus checks in your payroll liabilities, it can be due to cache-related issues. Sometimes, browser issues can display outdated information.

When you've ensured that the deleted bonus checks aren't in the employee Paycheck list anymore, you can review the account where the bonus checks are posted, and see if they have been deleted completely. Here's how:

1. In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Chart of accounts.
3. Find the account the bonuses were posted to and click on View register.
4. Choose the Funnel icon. 
5. From the Transaction type dropdown list, select Payroll check.
6. Ensure that the checks for the bonuses have been deleted.
7. Run the Payroll tax liability report again.

If they still show in your report, we can perform browser troubleshooting steps by initially accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through your browser's incognito mode. Here's how to do it:

• Google Chrome: Press "Ctrl + Shift + N"
• Mozilla Firefox: Press "Ctrl + Shift + P"
• Microsoft Edge: Press "Ctrl + Shift + N"
• Safari: Press "⌘ + Shift + N"

After successfully running the report with correct data through incognito mode, please proceed to clear your browser's cache. Doing so will remove and fix any problems and optimize the program's performance.
