I NEED HELP CONTACTING QUICKBOOKS TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON PLEASE. ON MY DESKTOP THE HELP BUTTON IS NOT WORKING TO BE ABLE TO REQUEST A CALL BACK.

Since the Help button isn't working, there are a few basic troubleshooting steps you can perform. In the meantime, as an initial troubleshooting step, let's make sure that your QuickBooks is updated to its latest release version. Here's how:

 

1. Go back to the Help menu and pick Update QuickBooks Desktop on the drop-down.
2. On the Options tab, select Mark All and Save.

3. Now go to the Update Now tab and mark the Reset Update box, then click Get Updates.
4. When Update Complete appears, close and reopen QBDT.
