Thank you for your response, I was hoping for another solution. I had surmised this would be the situation but it never hurts to ask. I do have all my payroll total reports done for the year as I ran the final salaried payrolls last week, so I will use those to manually prepare or use the IRS app to e-file the annual forms.  I must admit I was hoping for more support from Intuit/QB after 30 years of using their products for just a 2-3 week extension.This is a disappointment but not the end of the world.
