Deletion of Paychecks

I need to delete a bunch of paychecks before direct deposits go out Friday morning. The deadline is 5pm PST tomorrow to make changes. I keep getting the following message attached when trying to delete them:

 

"Performing the requested action would make QTD tax amounts negative. Contact us for assistance."

 

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? If not, where can I escalate this issue to? Customer service said they can do it but it would take 15-20 days... Surely I can do it sooner since you're supposed to be able to.
