Desktop payroll phone support ended? Cannot get a human, choices.automated phone voice keeps referring to dead end "support"

Phone support for desktop payroll ended? My q3 CA DE9 shows zero ee's for july 2021. there were about 20 . the 2nd and 3rd months are correct. The register shows the July checks. What is wrong?

Thanks for letting me know about your phone support encounter, @froggy1. This isn't what we want you to experience. I understand you'll need a quick resolution to your CA DE9 for the 3rd quarter. I'm here to explain why it shows zero employees for July 2021. 

 

If you have employees paid with a pay period that included March 12 (for Q1), June 12 (for Q2), September 12 (for Q3), they will be counted in your CA DE9. Otherwise, it won't display. 

 

I'd suggest you double-check your pay dates and ensure your data is correct.
