Let's ensure payroll taxes get paid.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll Core, Premium, or Elite will automatically create and process payroll tax forms if you have opted in to have us file them for you. Otherwise, you'll have to file and pay your taxes independently. To verify, check your automatic tax payments and form filing status.

Let's also double-check the payment history in your account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu and then Payroll Tax.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Click Payment History or scroll down to the Payment Resources section.
  4. Tap All Payments Resources.
  5. Then, view, run a report, or print your tax payment history.

Additionally, the program pays taxes when due and sends email notifications for payment status or if it's successful. If you haven't received an email, check if you're the Primary Admin of the account or your junk or spam folders.

If everything is fine and you haven't received email notifications and payments are due, I recommend contacting our payroll support team. They can securely check your account and investigate the cause of the issue.

I also attach a link that provides some information on how to enroll in e-services so you can pay or file your federal and state payroll taxes online: Pay and file payroll taxes online.

Don't hesitate to comment below if you have other questions about payroll tax payments. I'll be more than happy to help. Take care.
