Direct Deposit

Is there no way to email support? I feel like Im going in circles searching. I am trying to setup Direct Deposit for payroll and they said they made 2 small deposits on a specific date but my bank shows no record of this. Can anyone advise me what me next steps are?

We're unable to email our payroll support, Gleam Team SA. Let me help you with setting up Direct Deposit instead. 

 

Direct Deposit lets you pay your employees electronically. Once you set it up, you will receive the test debits within two banking days. 

 

If you haven't received it after two banking days, I suggest reaching out to your financial institution. They can verify and provide you the test debits.

 

Once you have the information, you can go ahead and verify the test amounts.
