Yes, none of my client's direct deposits went through this morning. Chat & phone lines are closed. Someone at QB needs to put out something to give us something to tell our clients!
My direct deposit to my employees didn't go through and bank doesn't have an electronic file to post. i received an email stating payroll was complete however no one got paid
Thank you for reporting this in the community. There was an issue this morning (April 30th) that prevented some direct deposits from being processed as normal. The good news is, this has now been resolved and we expect to see funds available in your employees' bank accounts by the end of the day today.
