Direct Deposit Funding Time

How do i submit the application for a change in direct deposit funding time?  30 days ago I was provided a link that is no longer accurate for what I am needing done.

This no longer take me to the Direct Deposit Funding time reduction application, but a "Intuit Payroll Limit Increase Request" which is not at all what I need done.  I have moved a client from the Desktop payroll subscription to QBO and the funding went from 2 days to 5 days in the transition. This is not acceptable and I have been told I need to submit 6 months of bank statements to get this resolved.  I cannot locate where to submit them and the previous application is no where to be found.   

Help!

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
  • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.

 

Moreover, our team may ask you for 6 months' worth of bank statements. It would be best to prepare it in advance to expedite the process.

 

Additionally, you can run payroll reports to manage your contractors and check their payroll details.

This did not help me.  The fact that the accountant cannot submit the information needed for faster direct deposit funding is absolutely unacceptable. The Primary Admin on the QBO is the client as it should be, but the Accountant should have the ability to submit the application for change in funding time.
