Direct Deposit not in bank

I set up direct deposit by sending in my bank information about 2-3 weeks ago and I still have not received my paycheck in my bank account. This is stressful for me because I have bills to pay like anyone does these days. 

i have an appointment with a representative from the bank this afternoon to see if there is anything on their end that is going wrong. Has anyone experienced this type of problem too? If so, any insight or recommendations?

To verify the direct deposit I recommend reaching out to a member of the QBO Payroll Support Team. Agents have the necessary tools to take a more in depth look at your account which will require you to relay some sensitive information. Support Team members work in a secure environment to best handle this info and get you the answers you need. 

 

Here's how to get in touch with the team:

 

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you, or begin a live chat session with an agent.
