Direct Deposit paychecks

I'm here to help you assign a Direct Deposit number in your  paycheck.

I'll provide the steps to ensure that you select the Assign DD numbers when creating a paycheck. This way, QuickBooks will not ask for a check number. Here's how:

1. Go to Employees menu at the top and pick Pay Employees on the drop-down.
2. Choose whether Scheduled or Unscheduled Payroll.
3. On the Enter Payroll Information page, click on  Assign DD numbers under the direct deposit options.

4 Click the Continue button.

However, if you're able to select the Assign DD numbers in the paycheck and the issue persists. I'd recommend running the repair tool to fix this unusual behavior.
