Direct deposit payment scam

I am the vendor.

My client said - he has paid my payment on Monday via direct deposit.

He has the same day lead time.

Today is friday and still I haven't received any payment notification from qbo and no idea on where's the payment? Another scam by QBO?

I have contacted your support team a total of 1000+ times.

They are not helping me at all. I am not getting any response, my payment. zero help.

Hope it's easy to understand in this simple english. You are running scammers company. Again where's the payment?

My client said he has talked to Quickbooks twice.

he has paid me on 19th July. money has been taken from his bank account but I still haven't received it yet.

Today is 29th July and still no idea why you people have stolen my money.
