When I run my contractor Direct Deposits, I get the following error (Your direct deposit account is on hold and can’t be used for payments. Please contact customer support) I have not yet seen this error in the past.

When a direct deposit account has insufficient funds or other issues, it will placed on hold. In such cases, Intuit sends an email to the primary account holder. The account holder can then review the reasons for the account status and take any necessary actions.
