I'm here to get you pointed in the right right direction in determining how you can get your Direct Deposit pin.
You'll be able to get this pin when you verify the Direct Deposit bank account that you registered in QuickBooks. However, if you lost it, a quick and easy way to recover it is to change it from either the Account Maintenance page or the Send Payroll Data window. The steps below will guide you through the process:
Change PIN in Account Maintenance page
From the Employees menu, select My Payroll Services, then Account/Billing Information.
Sign in to your Intuit Account.
In the Direct Deposit section, select the Update link next to the Direct Deposit PIN.
Enter your current PIN, create a new PIN, and then confirm the new PIN.
Click Submit.
Change PIN in the Send Payroll Data window
From the Employees menu, choose Send Payroll Data.
In the Send/Receive Payroll Data window, click Send.
Select Forgot your PIN?
In the Password field, enter your Admin password.
Click OK.
Enter a new PIN, then hit Submit.

First, you'll need to set up your direct deposit with QuickBooks. Then, you'll have to connect your bank and verify it to check if it is active or your account information is correct. After that, QuickBooks will ask you to create a PIN. You’ll use this when sending your payroll to us each time you use the feature.
After you verify the Direct Deposit bank account that you registered in QuickBooks. Intuit makes 2 small transactions, a deposit and a withdrawal of an amount less than $1.00 for bank verification.
You’ll need to have the following information to set up your direct deposit with QuickBooks:
Business name, address, and EIN
Principal officer social security number, birth date, and home address
Online bank credentials or bank routing and account numbers
