Direct Deposit Won't Send- can I reverse?

I have had a lot of issues lately, so my story is long as to how I ended up here, but I am needing to back out of sending direct deposits and cut paper checks instead since the checks are not able to be submitted for DD. Is there any way I can do this? Once again, they have not been sent, so the checks are just sitting there "to send".

Make sure to check the status of the direct deposit first before canceling it. If the DD status is pending, then we can cancel. Otherwise, it can no  longer be canceled if it's offloaded.

 

I suggest contacting Payroll Support to verify the status. Here's how to contact support:

 

  1. Access QuickBooks.
  2. Click on Help, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Fill in your concern, then choose Continue.
  5. Select a way to connect with us:
    • Post a question
    • Get a callback
    • Start messaging
