Question

Do I have to set up a second, free account to fill out W9 and direct deposit for a contract job with another company? Or can I set it through my current account?

Hello there, @jennifer-canopyo

 

Thanks for sharing your first concern today. Since you have another contract with a different company, you'll have to request the new company to invite you so you can enter your W-9 info with them. 

 

You'll have to log in using the same credential with the first account when you receive an email invitation from them. You can check out this link for more guidelines: Invite a contractor to add their own tax info.
