Do you know how to mark that W2s have been submitted directly with SSA? I don't want to file thru QBO.

Do you want to mark W-2s Action as completed for forms filed outside in QuickBooks Online? If not, are you still in the process of filing W2 forms outside of QBO? Yes, I want to mark W2s as completed for forms filed outside QBO.

    To clear the notification for a specific task, you only need to archive the W-3/W-2s form. You can easily locate the forms that are showing as overdue. If you have the option to File now, you can click on it to archive the forms. This will clear reminders from showing on your end.
