Does anyone else find this online version to be ineffficient, filled with nothing but marketing requests and messages that are annoying?

I hear your sentiments about turning off the advertisements or marketing messages in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me share some insights about this.

 

The pop-up messages are intended to offer suggestions and guide you on how to enhance your QuickBooks experience. I am aware that the ads could interfere with your navigation. However, there isn't yet a way to permanently disable them. For now, you can manually remove the pop-ups from your QuickBooks homepage by clicking the or Close button.

 

It would be nice to have the option to permanently remove them, as it will help you run your business seamlessly. That said, I recommend sending your thoughts about this to our developers. Ideas like this help identify the features our customers want the most for consideration in future enhancements.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Type in your feedback and suggestions about having the option to disable QBO marketing requests or messages.
  4. Click Next to submit them.
