Does anyone else have a problem with Intuit payroll not submitting wage reports and UIT payments?

Intuit is not submitting wage reports and not paying the unemployment taxes, and the state is making me pay it, even though intuit is with holding the amount to pay, they are just not paying. I have had multiple phone call, and am told I will be reimbursed, but after 6 months still nothing. Does anyone else have this problem? If so were you able to ever get reimbursed?

Given that you're unable to receive the refund in 6 months already, It's be best to get in touch with Payroll Support. This allows them to follow up on your tax payments and reimbursements.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click on  Help (?).
  3. Hit Contact Us.
  4. Type in your concern then hit Let's talk.
  5. Select a way to connect with us:

I have done this multiple time. I have done screen sharing, emailed multiple time. I was told twice that the money I had to pay to keep liens from being placed would be reimbursed. I gave up and contacted an accountant to do payroll. Next stop is a lawyer to file a suit for non-payment of the taxes and to get reimbursed for my payments. Intuit payroll is nothing but a joke, scam and rip off!! I will never recommend anyone to use this service.
