Does anyone know how I can correct an employee's SSN on their W2? I have updated it in their profile, just trying to figure out how to rerun the W2 with the correct info

I understand the need to correct employees' SSN. You can edit the employee information through these steps:

1. Select Workers on the left menu and go to the Employees tab.
2. Click the employee profile and select the Edit employee button.
3. Update the details of the employee and click Done.

You can also do it outside the program should you need to amend or correct W2 forms.
