Allow me to provide an update about the issue so you can run payroll today.

A fix has been implemented and you can now log back into your QuickBooks Online account. Check out the status through this page for additional information: QuickBooks Past Incidents Update.

You can clear cache and cookies to refresh your web browser. Follow the steps by clicking the link below depending on your browser:

• Firefox
• Google Chrome
• Safari for Mac
• Microsoft Edge.
   

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect. Then, log into your QuickBooks account and create paychecks.

Here are the steps to help pay your employees:

1. Go to the Payroll menu, then select Employees.
2. Click Run Payroll.
   • If you have more than one payroll schedule, select the schedule, then Continue.
   • Select the employees you'd like to pay.
   • Enter the hours and memos.
3. Click Preview payroll.
4. Choose Preview payroll details or Submit payroll.
5. Click Finish Payroll.

For the next steps, you can print your paychecks, or pay your payroll taxes.
