Does anyone know how to access Projects [business review]? We are using QBO Pro and it is not showing as an option. Is there an update?

I've got the steps you need to start tracking projects.

Did you mean QuickBooks Online Plus? The Project menu will be available if you turn on this feature in your company settings. The steps below will ensure your success:

1. Go to the Gear icon and then Accounts and Settings.
2. Select the Advanced tab.
3. Find the Projects section and select Edit to expand it.
4. Turn on the Organize all job-related activity in one place toggle.
5. Select Save and then Done.

If the Project menu is still missing, you may have too much accumulated historical data causing this unusual behavior. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

• Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
• Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
• Safari: Command+Shift+N

If it shows, I recommend clearing your browser's cache so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.
