Does anyone know what could have happen to my missing 2022 W-2/W-3 forms? I see my 2021 and my 2023 W-2 filed but my 2022 W-2 forms are missing in my archived forms.

If Intuit files the forms for you, all forms are available to view or print approximately 35 days after the end of the quarter. Amended forms are available once your case is complete. To better isolate the issue, we can log in to your account using an incognito browser. Private browser prevents saving cache and cookies that sometimes cause errors when running frequently visited websites. Here are the useful shortcut keys you can use to access one:

• Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

Then. let's view tax w2 tax forms for 2022 again. The steps to view and print your tax forms depend on whether you chose to e-file the form or print and file manually. If you will or have e-filed your tax form, or we filed for you, follow the steps below: 

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Choose the Filings tab.
3. View your current tax forms in the ACTION NEEDED or COMING UP section.
4. You can select Resources, then Archived forms and filings for past forms. If available, click Preview to view forms not yet filed.

If you manually filed your tax form: 

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Click the Filings tab.
3. Next to the tax form you want to save or archive, select File.
4. Select the period, then Archive.

If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. Switching to another compatible one to help rectify the issue.
