Does anyone know what the extra charge is that comes out when you run payroll? It does not match anything on my reports and is not the monthly fee. It has been with both.

I recommend using the Lookup a charge here tool to determine why you have this. It will help you get more details about the unknown Intuit charges to your credit card or bank account.

Here's how:

1. Open our Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement article.
2. On the Look up your charge section, fill in the Payment method, Exact charge amount, and Date of charge.
3. In the Why are you looking up this charge? field, choose I don't recognize this charge.
4. Once done, click Look up charge.

1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
3. Enter your concern in the Type something field, then click the Send icon.
4. Click on I still need a human.
