Hello laurenm1!

I can share you some details about the Affordable Care Act (ACA) reports.

You're right. Employers with 50 or more full-time employees are considered Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) and required to file forms 1094-C and 1095-C. However, these are Human Resources forms which is why Intuit payroll services doesn't support both forms.

You can pull up reports in QuickBooks Online Payroll that shows employee contact information and total service-hours throughout the year. These are needed to determine your ALE status and employee eligibility status for a health care offer. Check the QuickBooks Online Payroll section in this article: Understanding the Affordable Care Act Employer Mandates.

Lastly, I added this link if you need to help in running payroll-related reports: Run payroll reports in QuickBooks Online.

Comment below if you have other concerns with payroll. Thanks!
