Hi @txcpa1,

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I can share information about how you can update your State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) rate showing in QuickBooks Online.

We based our tax rate range on the information provided by your state. I know the importance of having accurate tax details to keep a specific tax liability accurate.

Since the default range for the Texas Unemployment rate is still outdated, I recommend getting in touch with our Payroll Support Team. They can further assist you in updating your current information.

They may check some documents, like the tax notice from the state, to verify your updated SUI or SUTA rate notice for 2023. Our Customer Support Team for QuickBooks Online Payroll - Core, Premium is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday).
