Does Quickbooks Online still manually send W-2's to employees via USPS?

Hello there, @frasercommercial. Yes, QuickBooks manually sends W-2s to employees via USPS. 

W-2 forms are mailed to employees by USPS from January 16 through January 31, 2024. You can read the year-end checklist for QuickBooks Online Payroll for more information. 

On the other hand, you can run a payroll report to see a detailed summary of your company's payroll expenses, including employee salaries, bonuses, taxes, and other related costs.
