It's the QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) system that automatically sends out reminders to enroll in EFTPS so you can pay employee taxes online, @renttheoccasion. Let me share further details about this.

When you've turned on or activated the electronic services (e-services) feature in QBOP, the system will no longer prompt you to enroll in EFTPS to pay taxes online. However, in case you haven't already, it'll automatically send out reminders for you to do so. Then, you'll be notified via email once everything is all set.

You can easily file and pay taxes to the federal and state agency using the E-File & Pay feature in your Online Payroll. To know more about setting up or enrolling in e-services to electronically file and pay taxes, you can refer to this article: Setup E-File & Pay.

Also, I'm adding this article to further guide you in paying and filing your state and federal payroll taxes with QBOP: Pay and file payroll taxes online (QuickBooks Online Payroll section).

Stay in touch with me if you have follow-up questions about enrolling in EFTPS or other payroll concerns. I'm just around to help. Take care and stay safe always.
