E-Filing California DE9C with Quickbooks Desktop
We tried e-filing DE9/DE9C with QB desktop(Enterprise Accountant Edition) for all our bookkeeping clients recently. Although it appeared filed successfully, when go to each client's EDD account to print out the returns, we saw the employee list didn't appear on their wage report filed(only grand total wage and withholding were shown).
We were hoping E-filing could save us time inputting each employee's SSN and wage amount. Did we miss something or it's something we still have to enter manually on the EDD website?
