  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Payroll Settings.
  2. Choose Edit in the Federal tax section.
  3. From the How often do you pay your taxes? click Edit
  4. Select which form you file, how often you pay your taxes, and its effective date.
  5. Hit Save, then Done.
